Shipping policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BellyCalm purchase. If you or your baby are not completely satisfied with the BellyCalm Colic Relief Belly Band, you can return it within 30 nights of receiving your order for a full refund. No questions asked.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at babycalmsleep@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at babycalmsleep@gmail.com.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at babycalmsleep@gmail.com.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has shipped.

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £60. For orders under £60, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at babycalmsleep@gmail.com.
